Starting from the 2026-2027 academic year, new recordings will no longer be accessible on Collegerama after 3 years (recording date). The recordings will be moved to an offline archive. After 7 years (recording date), the recordings will be permanently deleted.

The recordings made in the past (up to the 2025-2026 academic year) are not yet linked to the new policy. The necessary actions are still being reviewed with DMA (Document Management & Archive) regarding this.
