Upload your own (360°) video in the lecture folder structure

There are several reasons why it can be wise to upload other video content of your education to the Collegerama servers:

1. your content will be securely stored and archived. It won’t get lost!
2. you can add additional media content to your recorded lectures to enrich the learning experience of students;
3. you can fill up gaps in your lecture series with other media content in case your lecture series has not been fully recorded.

We invite you to start uploading, follow the steps below to learn how.

The title given to the video will also be used as the title on Collegerama
For Education video use the Course code lecture number or lecture title or existing structure from your course (Course code Title) Example: AB1234 lecture01

It is possible to add an external video from YouTube or Vimeo to a lecture series. This is only possible by the Collegerama administrators. This can be forwarded to us via the SelfServicePortal form. We can then use the URL to add it to the lecture series that has been/will be recorded. If no series has been recorded yet, we can also link these videos.
Required information in Call:
• Course code for placement
• URL youtube / vimeo

Note: If the owner of the video makes the video no longer available, it will also become unavailable within Collegerama.

Upload your own recorded (360°) video in your “own” environment for publication

By logging in to your own Collegerama environment (MyMediasite), it is possible to upload your own (360°) videos. The video will then be available in your own environment. The publication will have to be done yourself. Full management of the upload lies with the user. This makes it possible to use all the facilities of the application that is offered. All videos that are uploaded are stored on TU Delft’s in-house data centre.

It is also possible to add external videos and publish them yourself.
